Here at Edward James Caravans, we are pleased to announce we are doing in-house and mobile caravan servicing!

We cover a distance of 50 miles from Taunton with our friendly and fast mobile caravan servicing so you can take the stress out of caravan servicing by having it done professionally and safely whilst you stay in the comfort of your own home.

We have appointments available within two weeks! 

We are fully insured and offer free professional advice to go alongside your annual service.

We offer In house appointments which can normally mean that you can get your service completed quicker if you're in a rush to get out holidaying.

How do we work?

Get yourself booked in and on the day we will give you a call/text (whichever you prefer) to confirm a more precise estimated time of arrival. Once we arrive our team will give you a walk-through of what we are going to complete as a part of our regulated service. Any questions, worries or queries will be answered at this time and we will put you at ease with us handling your caravan. The service should take 3-4 hours so please allow this time for one of our service engineers to complete the service. Once the service is complete our engineers will tidy up and leave things just as they found them and present you with your new habitation report aswell as service paperwork signed off by our engineers.

Why Should I Service my Caravan and how often?

Caravan servicing is recommended annually. Here at Edward James Caravans, we concur. We check lots of things that could pose a threat to your health such as gas systems, electrical systems, heating,  tyres, running gear, your hitch which actually connects the caravan to the car, breaks, dampness/leaks and much more. In the UK we have 11 caravan-related car accidents every day so we recommend that you keep up to date with servicing as it may help to avoid that.
